The Law and The Court Process—Chapter 3

The goal of this class is to familiarize participants with how Dependency cases flow through Hamilton County Juvenile Court.  Participants will learn the words they will hear, who will be participating and the structure of various types of hearings.  Participants will also become familiar with some juvenile laws and where to go for help with legal questions.
